Chief Executive Officer - IT

Client : Our client a fast growing mid level IT organization in Chennai.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a Vision and Strategic plan to spectacularly grow company's revenue and profit domestically and globally in a sustainable manner

- Be directly accountable to deliver annual plan & budgeted financial results

- Incubate and deliver complex deals

- Balance of strategic intent, business leadership, operational maturity and people leadership

- Performance assessment of the centre - define and track metrics

- Continuous improvement and innovation

- Build, along with his / her team, the company's brand as a technology and domain leader both domestically and internationally

- Ensure company's critical software assets and their IP are protected with a high level of compliance, effective governance mechanism, sustainable business practices and business continuity

Desired Profile :

The ideal candidate should have minimum of 17 years of work experience in the IT / software services / product sectors, with a track record that includes P/L responsibility at a divisional level for at least 3-4 years. He / she should have had experience in managing both client delivery as well as co-leading sales with global sales teams

Experience in relevant areas such as multiple technologies (eg Microsoft .net, Java Enterprise Edition), estimation, software development processes (eg waterfall, agile, scrum), project management, etc.
