Chief Executive Officer - IoT/Data Analytics Firm (15-20 yrs)
Responsibilities :
To lead forward the business and operational growth of the company and be responsible for its overall strategic, operational, and financial performance. This position will develop new clients and manage them along with existing clients by end FY 21 and grow the business exponentially from there.

Detailed description :
1. Responsible for planning, managing and overseeing complete sales and operational activities for the organization
2. Develop and execute strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets
3. Manage a delivery team of ~20 members across various functions; mentor technical and sales staff; hiring and growing team as necessary
4. Define and monitor KRAs and KPIs for the team; recruiting and mentoring people as necessary to ensure performance is in line with the business objectives
5. Spearhead growth to 4X current revenue levels over a 2-year horizon - identify bottlenecks, set processes and build an organizational culture for growth
6. Partner and collaborate with top management and key team members to drive innovation and diversification agendas
7. Works closely with sales and operations in developing and growing customer accounts - discussing growth plans, ensuring delivery commitments, collections and ensuring client satisfaction
8. Identify opportunities for business expansion in new markets and build competencies to utilize such opportunities
Required Skills :
- A degree in Engineering/Post Graduation in Management with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to do client-facing interactions with substantial experience in doing deals. Expertise in working with global clients will be a plus.
- Experience in building teams with techno/techno-commercial expertise to supplement the leadership.
- Excellent Project Management skills, ability to identify risks and plan ahead
- Experience in meeting profitability targets
- Out of the box problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, analytical and relationship management skills
