About the company: A leading Infratech company having several commercial buildings, IT Parks, (clientele includes several Fortune 500 MNC's), and Premium Residential Properties spread across the country is looking for a CEO to be based at Hyderabad and the countrywide business. This Infratech company belongs to a professionally managed diversified group having a group turnover of over Rs 5000 crs.

Reports to Executive Director

Education: Graduate Engineer and MBA from a premier Institution

Experience : around 25 years, of which 3 to 5 years as CEO of a Infra Business with a Turnover of over Rs 1000 crs.

OTHER PRE-REQUISITES:

- Experience in developing, planning and implementing Residential & Commercial Buildings.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles

- Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR etc.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Analytical mind set and problem-solving orientation

- Strategic thinking and decision-making

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Description:

- Oversee all operations and business activities dealing commercial office space and residential with (apartments + Villas) consistent with the overall vision of the company.

- Managing the entire team of Marketing, Project Management & Construction.

- Develop and implement high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term growth plan of the company and increase profits.

- Evaluate the company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.

- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business and organization growth.

- Make high-quality investment decisions

- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions for improvements Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

- Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.

- Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders

- Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends

- Serves as the company's representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public.

- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
