Our client is looking for CEO for their information management business:

Location: Mumbai

Business Acumen:

The candidate needs to have a focused business acumen and capable of bringing in new business for company both government and private. The candidate needs to be versatile and be able to understand the success drivers of each business. The candidate needs to be able to conceptualize and crystallize new business opportunities for the company and ensure execution keeping in mind the top line and bottom-line goals of the company. The candidate needs to have the ability to constantly tap new business opportunities. He needs to be able to articulate a clear vision, strategy and plan that inspires conviction in the board and shareholders.

Building and maintaining relationships:

The candidate should be capable of building strong relationships with key clients both current and prospective to bring in new business opportunities and enhance existing market share.

Consolidate and enhance the revenue and profit of existing business

The candidate needs to continuously evolve strategies to optimize the existing businesses by implementing new initiatives for increasing revenue and putting cost control measures in place.

Strong execution focus

The candidate needs to be an execution-focused individual. He needs to be able to present and reach an agreement on short, medium and long term initiatives to achieve strategic objectives of the company. He needs to be able to develop a continuous programme of specific initiatives and drive their time-bound execution towards expected outcomes. He needs to be able to orchestrate execution through well-structured teams and processes.

Sales orientation:

The candidate needs to have sales drive and be able to personally engage with and win important clients and alliances that can bring significant business to the organisation.

Profit orientation:

The candidate needs to be able to build sustained business, revenue and profit growth.

Team Building:

The candidate needs to be able to build a strong, skilled and lean team to implement new business and enhance the existing business. He should be also able to optimize the use of existing team and infrastructure to bring in economy in scale of operations.

Group orientation:

The candidate must be able to understand the existing businesses of the organization and be able to work with the rest of the group to leverage strengths of the group while keeping in mind the compliance and business imperatives. Likewise, he needs to be able to contribute to rest of the group in bringing consumer orientation, innovative approach and marketing focus. As part of the senior management he should be able to work cohesively with the senior management of group companies. The candidate needs to be able to forge a close working relationship with the board member of the organization.

Compliance and Risk:

The candidate needs to have deep appreciation of the compliance and risk requirements of the organization and ensure adherence. The candidate needs to drive development of the policies, processes and systems.
