Position: CEO - Chief Executive Officer - Hospitality Group Bangalore

Job Location : Bangalore

This is an exciting opportunity to manage fastest growing restaurant chains in India which is one of the most successful casual dining restaurant chains in India growing rapidly in major cities.

This is a role, preferably suited for a sales and marketing manager with a broad experience of Indian restaurant chains /hospitality industry that would like to progress like CEO of the company . The role will encompass the following responsibilities:

To set up the local customers relations and review continuously

To drive employees staff to satisfy the customer satisfaction.

Manage the restaurant chains in India and make it growth oriented Organization

Push the culture of the continuous improvement of the quality, customer satisfaction, processes and services

To be legally responsible of the company & adhere health safety of the employees, customers across the Organization.

Essentially, the candidate must possess the following:

Experience in the restaurant chains /hospitality industry, better if in the tier 1

To be able to understand the local customer needs .

He /she able to understand the key performance indicators of a growth with quality & profitability of the company

Leader with good decision making ability and pro active in business approach.

Motivate people & manage management expectations with good relationships

Able to judge people, process & business quickly .

Location: Bangalore

Salary- 80 Lacs- 90 Lacs

Experience- 20- 26 years

We would expect the candidate to be a graduate, with a degree in post graduation from premium college or finance /Marketing MBA
