We have been retained by our client, to identify a CEO for their 7 STAR property in Goa. Job Purpose: - To develop and direct strategic planning efforts, maximize sales while monitoring and controlling expenses to meet planned operating profits. - Create and execute strategic business plans, promotions, and productivity targets. - Assist with the development of annual budgets and marketing programs, recruiting, hiring, and training all employees in accordance with established costs, procedures, and staffing needs. Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Leadership of the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, Rooms, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Finance departments. - Develop the overall hotel strategy to maximize guest satisfaction, service standards, colleague satisfaction and financial performance. - Promote efficient operating procedures to provide a flawless guest experience; actively engage with guests from arrival to departure. - Maintain a high level of service in all areas to both our internal and external guests. - Directly supervise, develop, maintain and support individual performance and group dynamics of all Executive Committee members. - Resolve problems and communicate to ensure consistency and memorable guest service, and ensure strong, positive communication flow among colleagues. - Promote a positive work environment by ensuring the appropriate staffing levels are in place, the continuous training of colleagues, recognition, mentoring and coaching. - Analyse daily revenues, sales strategy, labour reports, guest satisfaction reviews, and monthly expenses to ensure execution of business plan, profitability and focus and attention of management team. - Manage hotel budget to control expenses and increase revenue. - Develop and maintain strong relationships/public relations with vendors, and hospitality competitors. - Ensure property compliance with legal, safety, operations, labour and Hotel Group brand and service standards. Desired Skills/Competencies: - Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability - Able to work independently and multi-task, prioritizing as appropriate - Effective oral and written communication skills - Strong Sales and Marketing experience - A disciplined approach to Planning, Execution and Tracking of issues to resolution - Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues - Excellent communication skills for documenting and explaining findings. - Strong influencing skills for obtaining buy-in to resolve findings. - Drive and enthusiasm. - A positive, - can do- attitude.
