Job Title / Designation : CEO - High Potential School/Office Supplies Company, Part of a large Education Group

The Organization :

- The school/office supplies market is approximately 2.0 billion USD and is largely disorganized with exception of 2-3 players. This represents a huge opportunity for a serious player.

- The company is a part of large education group - currently 450 crore and targets to be a 3000+ crore company in the span of next 5 years.

- The company today is approximately 30 crore of captive consumption with a healthy EBIDTA which can grow to 70+ crore with the planned growth. The client believes, basis market potential, the company can be grown upto 500+ crore by adding clients and products.

- We are searching for a CEO who can drive both top-line and bottom-line growth together.

Job Description : To take independent charge of the company & grow from current turnover of over 30 crores to over 300 crores in 5 years.

This would include :

- Vision

- Strategy Formulation

- Execution

- Expanding customer base

- Expanding product base

- Negotiating better commercial terms with Suppliers / Clients

Strong process & system for :

- QA

- Efficient supply chain

- Building & Running a robust ecommerce / IT enabled business

The Candidate Details - Preferably Engineer + MBA

- Must have handled a 250 crore company

- Lifestyle Multiproduct Company in Consumer goods.

- Have been a P&L Head (in min 250 crore company) in a multi brand / multi product company

- B2B & B2C / E.Com experience desired.

- Sourcing (if possible)

- Trading

- Top & Bottom line ( P&L ) experience

- Strong commercial person with demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, cost control & maximization of contribution

- Entrepreneurial mindset highly preferred

Work Experience :

Min. / Max 15 - 30 years
