Chief Executive Officer - Healthcare Retail Chain

Our client is a leading player in healthcare industry, they have come in with an out of box concept & with state-of-the-art approach, positioning and customer focus, they now have an instant brand recall across the country in the segments they operate.

They now have ambitious plans and looking for a CEO to grow this company further and achieve leadership status in the next few years.

Ideal candidate will be :

- An MBA with a formal education in Pharmacy / Science / Healthcare with a thorough understanding and hands on experience in leading a large healthcare clinic/ pharmacy chain, diagnostic centers, medical insurance or home healthcare companies of repute.

- Incumbent should be in early 40's with a demonstrated track record of handling P&L of mid size healthcare companies, with an ability to interact with a high profile board and lead a team which is spread across multiple locations in the country. Regional experience (SAARC) will be an added advantage.

- In addition to handling P&L, the incumbent will be responsible for all strategies in the areas of alliances with medical practitioners, hospitals, subject matter experts, paramedics, specialist doctors, Insurance companies, TPA and Laboratories with an eye on achieving sales, profits and market share objectives. Understanding of NABH processes and the dynamics of entire health care ecosystem is mandatory.
