We are on look out for a CEO/Head of Operations for a Skill development Company based in Palakkad Kerala. This institution is own and run by some of the well know name in Corporate.
Educational Qualification :
Engineering/MBA/CA/ICWA.
Gender :Male/Female
Age Limit : 38 years
Job description :
- Able to demonstrate to run an Skill training Institution,mainly focused in Construction industry initially but able to explore and develop other verticals like BFSI,Infrastructure,Power and Retail.
- Responsible for preparation of Vision,Strategy for growth and to run as a profitable organisation after cooling Period.
- P&L is the responsibility of the CEO.
- Able to run the Institution Independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to Travel whenever/wherever necessary including oversees on specific occasions. Should worked in Business development in his/her previous role.
- Able to demonstrate Leadership qualities, Communication skills, marketing and financial acumen.
Month of reporting : AUGUST 2019
