Chief Executive Officer - Grocery Retail (14-26 yrs)
Job brief :
- We are looking to hire a Chief Executive Office to oversee functions such as Sales, CRM, HR, Marketing, Finance etc. and drive P&L of the business with direct reporting into Managing Director of the company.
- You will supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.
- Ultimately, you'll ensure our people are productive, processes are streamlined and day-to-day operations run smoothly to drive business growth consistent with the overall strategy and mission for long-term success. They will take actions to enhance the company's cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Enhancing cash flow turn around by 100% through extensive financial forecasting, better debt management, cash flow projections and efficient working capital management
- Work on expansion strategy in new revenue streams and identifying go-to-market strategy
- Review metrics in Balance Score Card and track execution of activities against Actual scores
- Conduct review meetings with business leaders to track operational performance to evaluate action plan for business continuity and perform necessary course correction to achieve targets
- Design trackers and templates for effective monitoring and reporting
- Review Annual Operating Plan and analyze business performance periodically
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
- Mentor and inspire teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry
Basic requirements are :
- Familiarity with diverse business functions
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and execution
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Outstanding leadership capability and people skills
