Chief Executive Officer - Gearboxes Industry (18-25 yrs)
- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
- Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques.
- Hands on experience and expertise in the areas of industrial gear design, gear manufacturing, quality control, Sales and Service of Power transmission product may be preferable.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government/Private/Public Sector and to work effectively in a diverse community.
- Ability to motivate teams and get delivery schedule as per the client /customer requirement.
- Work requires willingness to work in a flexible schedule and travel.
