Chief Executive Officer - Furniture Industry (20-30 yrs)

We are looking for a CEO for one of our premier clients in the Furniture exports industry.
- Candidate must hold relevant years of experience in Operations & Marketing of International Furniture market, especially US and UK. Must have handled a business involved in manufacturing and Export of furniture.
- Responsible for providing holistic governance and strategic direction to furniture business for achievement of company objectives, delivering Sales Revenue and optimizing the business performance.
- Responsible to provide leadership and direction and coordinate all activities related to Operation in accordance with goals and objectives of the organization.
- Responsible for evaluating and creating the strong and effective control system of the organization.
- Direct, plan and implement policies, objectives or activities of the business to ensure continuing operation, optimum productivity and maximum return on investment.
- Streamline and put in place SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) that ensure accurate briefings and specifications for operation.
- Monitor progress of new projects undertaken and ensure their timely execution to yield expected ROI for the business. Also, identify new technologies related to operations.
- Review the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to the board of directors.
- Develop future leadership within the organization.
- Have knowledge of international furniture market especially US and Europe.
