Chief Executive Officer - FMCG (18-25 yrs)

Ethiopia is the second largest African nation in terms of population or should we say consumer base.

Our client has taken major strides in setting up a brownfield factory for producing biscuits and other related food items.

- They are looking for a seasoned professional who comes armed with 20+ years of quality experience in the FMCG industry.

- You should be currently at the helm of affairs for a medium sized manufacturing and distribution organization. Prior experience in Africa would be a major advantage but is not a must have.

- Reporting to the board you would be responsible for creating annual operating plans, the strategic glide path for the next five years, you would align with the board to take things forward.

- Clearly articulating the organizations vision across all levels you would ensure that the larger picture is delivered to.

- Hiring a good team of senior managers with cutting edge experience you would ensure that the organization has a good leadership talent pool .

- Set the tone for an empowered and transparent culture, you would work closely with your leadership team to ensure that new opportunities are also identified for organic and inorganic growth.

- The product innovation pipeline is in alignment with the market needs and regulatory issues for all countries are being addressed.

- In brief the P&L, corporate affairs, financial management and the strategic glide path agenda would belong to you.

- Armed with an MBA and 18-20 years holistic experience in the food industry.

- You should have leadership experience in leading organizations with manufacturing reporting directly to you

- Africa market experience is preferred but not a must have .
