Chief Executive Officer - FMCG (15-30 yrs)

Job Description :

To lead a FMCG Food company with a turnover of USD 400 million; Distributors of Food Commodities (Rice, Sugar, Oil, Flour, Consumer food packs - Pasta, Biscuits, Confectionery, etc...)Retail operations of 50+ retail shops and 2 Supermarkets

- Responsible for the P&L of the company,

- Representing company with external parties, Government offices, unions, social groups, financial Institutions and banks,

- To provide organisational leadership to highly competent team,

- Business forecasting and budgeting

- Business development and market penetration

- Provides general oversight of all activities assuring a smooth functioning and efficient organization;

- Ability to plan for future (Forward thinking);

- Ability to achieve success through others (Team building);

- Calculated Risk Taking;

- Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost effective management resources;

- Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company;

- Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resources and or revenues for the company;

- Works with the Board to ensure financing support for strategic plan;

- Position reports to the Board.

Candidate Profile :

- Must be a Management Graduate from a Premium Business School

- Competent to handle a highly professional team

- Strong Commercial acumen

- Experience of Wholesale & Retail for Food

- Must be Carrying an impressive personality, Fluent in communication.

- Must have worked for at-least 10 years in capacity of Business Head or Profit Centre Head with big business house

- Can lead with example

- Working experience in Africa an advantage
