Chief Executive Officer - FMCG

Job location : Mumbai

CEO will handle a current business value of 60 Cr which the company plans to take up to 500 crs in the next 5 years

Will be responsible for the following

- Operations related (eg production/expansion)

- Sales: MT, GT, Ecomm

- Finance & Accounts

- Marketing & Advertising

- New Product Development

- Legal

- Admin/IT

- Will strategize & implement the business plan

- Will lead a team of 120 currently - sales team of 100 - which will grow to above 200 numbers

- Will ensure the manufacturing capacity in line with Business growth

- Responsible for both topline and bottomline of the business

- Plan for new products as per market needs and launch the same

- Provide strong leadership & Drive the team to ensure productivity & profitability
