Chief Executive Officer - FMCG

- To lead, in conjunction with the board of directors, the development of the Company's strategy

- To define, develop and implement steps to achieve the long-term and short-term goals of the organization along with the board of directors.

a) to ensure, the Company is appropriately organized and staffed

b) to achieve the approved strategy

c) to ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place

- Provide techno-commercial expertise

- Responsible for strategizing for developing and expanding the sales and profitability of the business of the company in the territories assigned with the existing and new product ranges.

- Setting and achieving of business targets for both top line and bottom line.

- Development of fresh business through new products, product extensions and untapped commercial opportunities.

- Monitoring of production plan for pan India and ensuring effective implementation of the same.

- Aggressively pursue new business and market opportunities

- Should have 15-20 years of work experience, preferably in FMCG segment, with last 4-5 years in a functional head role

- Should have a pan India exposure or should have atleast handled 2-3 regions as profit head or operations head.
