Job Description :

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will create organization value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills necessary to grow the company into a dominant player in its industry and lead it to an IPO in the next 3-5 years

This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.

The CEO will act as the key face of the company & work with a cutting edge management team dedicated to

- Delivering world-class products and services,

- Manage existing customer and channel partner relationships,

- Develop new customers and channels to market

- Develop strategic partnerships

- Ensure all revenue and profit goals are achieved

- Deliver shareholder value.

While all aspects of the Company's business require focus, in the FMCG market, relationships, agility, growth and profitability are especially important to the long term success.

General Description and Responsibilities :

- Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.

- Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner.

- Development, review and refinement of the Company's business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace

- Building relationships and credibility with outside investors to provide necessary resources to fund and grow the Company.

- Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the Board and the management team

- Be the guide and mentor for the Team, ensuring the company is well positioned in the market

- Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organisation.

- Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved.

Qualifications & Skills

- Post Graduate in Business MBA/PGDBM

- 10+ years in FMCG

- Proven track record of Functional leadership

- Strong Written and Verbal communication

- A people leader with ability to lead across Organisational, social and demographic levels
