- Have at least Bachelor's/PG degree in business, accounting, finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; - Startup experience and Entrepreneurial drive; - 15+ years of work experience in Payments and Banking industry within a global environment, inclusive 10 years in Senior Executive Management positions; - Extensive payments industry experience with a strong partnership focus combined with a deep perspective on the trends influencing the industry; - Excellent knowledge of relevant payments, foreign exchange, credit, insurance, and trading regulations; - C-suite experience with proven strategic mindset and natural influencer and leader; - Experience in hiring and building high-quality teams with deep understanding of product development and management; - Strong working knowledge in payments, banking, crypto, human resources, marketing, public relations, data, digital marketing, and technology; - Have solid knowledge of all lending, investing, operations, finance, information technology and organization; - Have sales, marketing and/or business development background; - Have experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision; - Have strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles; - Have good understanding of technology market dynamics and trends; - Have expertise in compliance and regulations; - Have excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail; - Demonstrate strong management skills that will lead to the creation and continuity of a strong and stable team; - Demonstrating leadership in strategic planning, growth strategies, visioning, operating and capital budgets, mergers, joint ventures, and organizational and operational oversight; - Demonstrated visionary and strategic thinking expertise;
