- Knowledge of Tamil language, worked in Tamil Nadu and in Coffee segment is MUST. (Non Negotiable)

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

- 15 + years of Coffee business experience in India / abroad with a strong acumen for strategic execution

- Strong understanding of Coffee Business including retailing, distribution and franchising

- Strong and fair leader with excellent relationship management skills

- Ability to grow the business by adding new variants or increasing production

- Ability to manage complete P & L and multiple teams across multiple variants

- Strong process orientation bringing best in class profitability for the business

- Proven experience in costing, planning and scheduling expansion projects

- Highly experienced in setting up new retail outlets

- Expertise in continuously reviewing & revising the Menus of each outlet depending upon the business requirements

- Experience in Training & development of Outlet Staff

- Implementation of SOPs for Outlet Operations (Service, Hygiene, Purchases, Counter Sales)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION :

- A high impact Trading, Sales & Operation position to lead the Coffee business and expand their business of caf- shops, coffee powder and vending machines from the current 3 outlets to 100+ shops across Tamil Nadu, introduce new business ventures with new variants and increase production facility. Showcase excellent aptitude in developing strategy, business plans & budgets for business development opportunities and diversification, with specialization across all phases of business. Grow and expand the coffee business exponentially, yet judiciously.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for sales and service outlets of the business in terms Cafe, Coffee Powder and Coffee Vending Machines.

- Manages the export process of the company, ensuring that the commodities meet the standards of the destination country.

- Ensures that all legal and compliance requirements for the business.

- Reviews how departments work together to achieve the company objectives, identifies gaps and facilitates to resolve them.

- Updates on the best practices and new technologies and comes up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors

- Connects continuously with promoters vision and execute the same flawlessly

- Develops Brand Strategy and Brand Promotions in line with the Business Objectives

- Consults with the industry experts, participates in forums and shares knowledge across the team

- Keeps up with current trends in the industry and modern best practices for the business

- Reviews reports, making presentations to stakeholders, and examining how the business can optimise expenses

- Aligns the production planning and service quality with the business objectives; takes corrective actions

- Involves in the Market Research and develops plans for continuously improving the market share

- Managing Multiple Outlet Operations remotely with frequent personal visits

- Identifying training needs of the outlet staff and ensure the suitable trainings are provided to improve them.
