Chief Executive Officer - EP Secretariat (12-15 yrs)

1. Shall lead the EP secretariat verticals with exclusive attention towards IT, Admissions, Marketing, CIAP, Finance, International immersion, Distance learning programs, Online programs, Executive programs, IQAC and HR

2. Plan, coordinate and ensure the Executive Presidents schedule is followed and respected.

3. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Executive President, with staff and others, on matters related to EP's programmatic initiatives.

4. Shall support the EP by leading strategic projects, championing change and helping the team plan and execute.

5. Lead the team and support including but not limited to strategic initiatives, presentations (internal and external), research, financial modeling, team initiatives, any other plans etc.

6. Drive continuous improvement of operational processes with a focus on simplification

7. Work closely with the group heads under the EP secretariat and seek information as desired.

8. Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the EP, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

9. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the EP's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.

10. Conduct weekly reviews of EP secretariat team and update the status of each vertical to the EP on weekly basis.

11. Work closely and effectively with the EP to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the EP updated.

12. Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the University, and manages a variety of special projects for the EP which will typically have university-wide impact.

13. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the EP's ability to effectively lead the University.

14. Should be obsessed with follow through, get things done, work effectively across the University, and focus on simplification.

15. Act as support system in developing strategies and execution of plans, and tracking action items from key meetings.

16. Support the EP in key decisions through research, analysis of information, and clear presentation of facts and considerations.

17. Shall act as bridge for communication between the senior leadership teams and direct and indirect teams.

18. Organize effective team meetings with agility and impact, with a focus on follow through.

19. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
