Description - The CEO will be responsible for the overall direction and management to ensure the continuous and sustainable growth of the company and profitability by leveraging its unrealised potential and looking for new growth opportunities and avenues, both organic and inorganic in existing and new lines of business.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading players in the electronics and instruments industry. They have their manufacturing units in India as well as abroad. Currently looking to hire the CEO for the Indian arm.

Description

- Annual Goal setting and long term (minimum 5 years) planning for the company including the annual revenue and expense budget, KPI's, corporate strategic goals, and individual MBR goals for the top management teams and departments

- Overall day-to-day management of operations and effective administration in line with the principals of good governance

- Responsible for overall financial health of the company, including making the Revenue, Investment (CAPEX) budgets, Cash Flows and their achievement

Profile

Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics + MBA

- Overall have experience of 15 to 25 years in the relevant industry

- Should be/ have been in a P&L role for at least 5 years

- Open to relocation
