The group is poised for quantum growth & expected to be Rs.3000+ cr. in 5yrs - through organic & inorganic growth.

3. For its new edtech, mass distributed mass economy education venture.

Job Description / The Role

1) Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and implementation of business plan and achieving top line results.

2) Getting funding / Support from international funding agencies focusing on education.

3) Responsible for technology, systems and processes.

4) Responsible for setting up and scaling business. Building a robust / vibrant organization with a high service orientation.

The Candidate Details

- Age: Around 50 years

- Premium MBA

- The candidate can be from FMCG, Life Insurance, Foods, Telecom, Agri - products, Rural Banking, Vocational Training sector

- Must have been a CEO / COO of a 500 cr. company

- Rich rural Sales & Distribution experience is must. / B2B / B2C

- Start & Scale up experience is a must

- Experience in securing funding from international developing agencies highly desirable.

- Africa experience is highly desired

Work Experience: 25 to 30 yrs

Qualifications: MBA - Premium Institute

Location of Job: Mumbai
