Role : CEO Reports to : Chairman Location : Hyderabad (non negotiable) CTC : 2 to 3 Crores (can be on the higher side) - Past experience in education sector (K12) - Hands on ability to envisage, conceptualize and build product road map for new digital business - Expertise in Product Development and ability to strategize and build product road map - Past experience with learning management systems, content curation platforms / products, assessment platforms /products, video conferencing platforms / products - Experience / Network and connects with EdTech framework / organizations and other related firms with ability to source, recruit and build teams for Digital Transformation / product Innovation center - In depth understanding of AR / VR capabilities, artificial intelligence and emerging technology stack with hands on experience and ability to conceptualize and build products for the CoE - Ability to understand the investor ecosystem and raise capital / funding for the new venture as and when necessary - Steer the board / investment decisions and create Digital business / revenues to the scale of about 1 billion in the next 2 to 3 years - Focus on academics and understanding the core values of focus on school and +2 education with emphasis on NEET / JEE and other competitive examinations - In depth knowledge of the education system - Brief understanding of NEP 2020 and the impact for future business
