Job Description for Position: Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities (Marketing & Operations):
- Creating a marketing plan and building a strategy for achieving annual targets
- Effective strategies to be carried out for increasing profitability and sales of the company
- Day to day operations and co-ordination with Marketing agencies and writing articles for increasing PR for the product & Company
- Creating alliances and partners for the marketing campaigns
- Making annual budget plans for the entity and ensuring the budgets are achieved
- Presenting company plan to investors
- Making investment deck as per target investors
- Scouting for investors and networking with them along with reseller hunting
- Strategy decisions/Discussions on investment along with founders and presenting required data during weekly sales meetings
- Valuation and investment model creation
- Drafting Important terms and conditions of all agreements related to and further getting the agreements reviewed with Legal
- Should be creative to give direction to creative team for new courses' flip tales
Responsibilities (Product development, technology):
- Designing new product features
- Writing Software specifications for new modules
- Reviewing each development by the product development team
- User acceptance testing of new deliveries.
-Designing UI and UX wireframes of new screens
- Tracking bug fixing and AMC efforts for all change request.
Responsibilities (Customer satisfaction):
- Setting up customer support tracking software
- Strategizing and implementing a better customer support experience
- Customer satisfaction by App rating in Android & iPhone Playstore.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards, and attention to detail.
- Minimum 12 -15 years of experience with a similar job role in the Edtech industry
- B.Tech / M.Tech qualified
