Chief Executive Officer - Digital Business (15-20 yrs)
- Complete P&L Responsibility for the Online Business - Driving Results - Thinks 3-4 years ahead.
- Key focus on continuing to maintain traffic dominance and leadership in the Online business by constantly improving consumer experience
- Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and Channel for the generation of new business and repeat business.
- Responsible to drive sales opportunities with a focused approach for the business, set sales strategy & sales targets to increase market share.
- Find new avenues of growth and revenue generation to gain the market share.
- Evaluate the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques.
- Constantly evolve and simplify the process of product buying by offering more innovative solutions to consumers.

- 15-20 years of total experience with 5+ years P&L leadership experience in the with strong exposure to the digital domain
- Well-rounded digital business leader with exposure to building products, technology, business development and driving revenue streams
- Entrepreneurial experiences or mindset
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive a P&L in a start-up environment with proven success in managing scale-up / growth challenges
- Strong people management skills with demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, coach and develop high-performing teams across various functional areas
- Experience in product management and technology platform development
- In depth experience of building high quality technology based platforms and products
