Chief Executive Officer - CSR - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Role :-

Overall responsibility for the CSR initiatives being undertaken by the Company and its Foundation and will lead the overall management and development of multi-dimensional programmes with high impact including impetus to social and philanthropic initiatives being undertaken by the group.

Responsibilities: -

1. Define, develop, influence and drive the overall strategic direction which underpin a company's CSR objectives and its integration with the Companies business and have a positive impact on the communities and environment around Organisation.

2. Lead the development and implementation of various programs and initiative in line with the approved plans

3. Lead the development of guidelines, processes and procedures to be followed internally by the Foundation that ensures that it's resources are effectively deployed and the desired outcomes achieved in various programmes and initiatives being carried out

4. Build the reputation and brand of the Foundation and its work with all external stakeholders - governments, NGO partners, board and advisors, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the stated objectives of the Foundation

5. Ensure financial integrity by ensuring appropriate systems of account maintenance, due diligence and checks and balances.

6. Develop and manage the CSR budgets for various programmmes

Education:

- Masters in public policy/ development management/ rural management/ forest management/ CSR/ Sustainability from premier institutions.

- MBAs from premier institute with proven track record and passion for CSR work are also eligible
