Job Description - This is a CEO level position with reporting to the Board of Directors of a listed organisation. This highly strategic position is aimed towards creating a strong image and improving the firm's standing in the market vis-a-vis competition.

Client Details - 

The client is one of the world's leading brands in G2C Services, specializing in visa services outsourcing, passport and consular outsourcing. They have quickly grown and now service 35+ client governments spanning across 60+ countries. A consistently forward looking company, they are delving deeper into biometrics for Visa services processing. Listed on both NSE and BSE, they are expanding operations as well as strengthening their foothold in Visa outsourcing

Description

- Develop long term and short term strategy for the Visa and Citizen Services businesses and gain approval of the board for the same


- Establish and maintain connects with key government officials and businesses across the globe to sense early opportunities

- Oversee all functions including Business Development, Visa Operations, Citizen Services, Marketing, New Service/Product Development, Finance, Legal and other business activities to ensure that there is a consistent linkage with the overall strategy and vision


- Create business solutions/ infrastructure to leverage the business opportunities presented by the growing popularity of E-Visa


- Identify opportunities and study feasibility for entry into new markets / segments / services across the business portfolio


- Be the key interface between the organization and the promoter for strategic thinking and planning


- Work closely with the Presidents of individual businesses in driving strategy and implementing long term and short term plans


- Work closely with the Corporate Planning head to develop the strategy on areas on mergers and acquisitions and other lines of businesses


- Be a role-model of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity in execution of all assigned activities


- Mentor and motivate team members to improve their productivity levels


Profile

- The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Government services followed by 8-10 years of experience in PnL Management for large corporates


- Previous experience of providing leadership in M&A situation

- Strong emphasis on internal as well as external stakeholder management
