Job Description / The Role :

a) As a Project Management Head, handling planning, executing, construction of civil projects, cost of quality, Budget & inventory control etc,

b) Acquisition of Business

c) Multi projects & multiple locations

d) Commercial & infrastructure civil projects

e) Complete P&L responsibility

f) Manage a team of Project directors/managers, Contractors, developers

The Candidate Details

a) 45- 50 yrs

b) BE (Civil) + MBA

c) Handled multi projects & multiple locations

d) Commercial & infrastructure civil projects

e) Managing multiple projects size 50 - 300 cr.

f) Commercially strong

g) Assertive, go-getter with initiative and drive

h) Result orientation

Work Experience: 20 - 25 yrs
