Roles & Responsibilities:

- As a CEO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

- Continue to innovate and grow the brand through creative thinking by positioning the brand.

- Develop a deep understanding of our product and insights into the underlying behavior and interests of our target audience/users.

- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.

- Will be responsible to lead all the fund-raising initiatives, activities, and fundraising ventures for the firm.

- Build alliances and partnerships with external organizations.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

- Assisting the Strategy & management team in terms of evaluating different business models and providing market intelligence about the same.

- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.

- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.

- Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

- Oversee employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.

Requirements:

- Should have Proven experience working with start-ups as a CEO.

- Should have experience raising multiple rounds of funds.

- Proven experience of driving the Business from Zero to hundred.

- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision.

- Strong understanding of finance and performance management principles.

- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
