Job Role : The incumbent should have hands of experience in COFFEE Industry (Especially into Bulk Coffee), You would be incharge for the manufacturing units plus International Sales & Marketing, Finance & HR.The Chief Executive Officer (- CEO- ) reports to the Board of Directors (Board), is a visionary leader, and is responsible for the (Organization) consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. This position will develop deep knowledge of financial operations, core products, business plans, and vision and strategy of the organization and is responsible for successful leadership and management according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Board of Directors

Supervises: Operations team Administrative Staff.

- Responsible for leading the organization in a manner that supports and guides the organization's mission as defined by the Board.

- Responsible for communicating effectively with the Board and providing, in a timely and accurate manner, all information necessary for the Board to function properly and to make informed decisions. Foster effective team work between Board and the company.

- See that the Board is kept fully informed of any internal or external issues/conditions which affect the organization.Provide support to the Board by preparing meeting agenda and supporting materials.

OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

- Work with the Board to develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.

- Draft polices for approval by the Board and prepare procedures to implement the organizational policies and review existing policies and practices as appropriate.

- Work with staff and the Board to prepare a comprehensive annual financial budget.

- Administer the funds of the organization according to the approved budget and monitor cash flow of the organization as delegated by the Board.

- Ensure that sound accounting and bookkeeping procedures are followed.

- Oversee general operations of the company including vendor management, inventory, marketing efforts, accounting and finance, and human resource management.

- Provide the Board with comprehensive, timely, regular reports on the revenues and expenditures of the organization. Ensure the organization complies with all legislation relating to taxation and human resource.Ensure effective systems are in place to track and evaluate products so as to measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the Board.Ensure that the effective management team with appropriate provision for success is in place. Also involves coaching, motivating, and mentoring staff as appropriate to improve and sustain performance.Represent the point of view of the organization to agencies and the general public.Ensure that personnel, organization, and donor files are securely kept and confidentiality is maintained. Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of any special projects as delegated by the Board. Identify and evaluate risks to the organization and communicate those risks to the board.

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND: The incumbent should be from the COFFEE background only.

- Solid, hands-on leadership style, budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision making and reporting required.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills required.

- Skills to collaborate with Board and other stake holders.

- Strong written and communication skills.

- Past success working with a board of directors.

- Passion, mission driven, positive attitude and self-directed.

- Ability to convey a vision of the organization's strategic future to staff, board, and donors.
