Chief Executive Officer - Coaching Business

Prior experience to handle (IIT, JEE, NEET) Coaching business, setting up new branches across Pan India.

- You understand education intuitively and are a mesmerizing speaker in front of a large crowd.

- You must have demonstrated capability in Strategic Planning & its relentless execution.

- Prior demonstrated experience in a similar position is a prerequisite.

- This is a C-level entrepreneurial position.

Job description :-

- Accountable for developing and executing our go-to-market strategies, delivering strong revenue growth and increasing market share.

- Manage staff in the day-to-day operations for functional area(s) of responsibility.

- Evaluate business processes for operational and/or financial effectiveness.

- Experience of leading a large team size of at least 100+ team members.

Required Candidate profile:-

- Should bring long term holistic planning with curiosity & creativity and promote an open culture in the team

- The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech from an IIT and MBA from a premier college in India / Abroad.

- Fast, focused, and committed individuals with an ability to lead a team

- Experience in successfully owning P & L of a business of sizeable scale

- 3 to 10 yrs of experience with senior leadership experience

- Age below 45 years

- Flexible to travel
