Key Requirements: 1) Leadership experience in high growth start-up 2) Managed a firm on COO/Business Head level and part of founding team 3) Experience in working with top consulting firms (BCG, Boston, Mckenzie) is a big plus 4) 13+ years of work experience&nbsp; 5) MBA from elite B-school is preferred&nbsp; 5) Entrepreneurships background is an added advantage&nbsp; 6) International experience is an added advantage This is a unique opportunity to own the P&L, operations and growth strategy of the entire organization.
