Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer - FMCG/Retail/FMCD

Position - Chief Operating Officer(COO)/ CEO

Location - Trivandrum, Kerala

Competency required

- A Qualified Bachelor Or Master in Mechanical /Industrial Engineer. An MBA from a reputed Institute in Business Management will be an added advantage.

- Should have the Entrepreneur skills to ensure a Turnaround and Growth of the Organization

- Should have a minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Furniture,(Sofa), Home D'cor, of reputed manufacturing Company, out of which a minimum 10 yrs should have been served in Senior Leadership position.

- Responsible for providing enterprises, strategic direction to Leaders/Department Heads for an effective and efficient utilization of company resources for achieving and maximizing the productivity

- Plan, Direct and co-ordinate operations in support of company growth

- Ensuring Operational Integration of all the departments for a smooth and hassle free functioning of the entire plant.

- Establish metrics, key performance indicators and SLAs(Service Level Agreements) for driving the performance to the maximum level

- Maintaining an efficient team structure and performance through Analytics, Process tools

- Develop, implement quality system and process in the plant

- Participate and where appropriate, direct the preparation, review and consolidate of business plans budgets and forecast

- Plan, Implement and monitor the integration of new techniques, design

- Responsible to CHAIRMAN/Board of Directors in planning company Vision, Mission for future.

- Overseeing Procurement/Stores, Quality, Safety(SHE) and factory compliance.

- Should have hands on experience in formulating Policies, Strategic Plans for future growth of the company

- Responsible for profit margin

- Develop guidelines for personnel evaluation of factory workers/technical and non technical.

- Maximizing new client engagement and working with Leadership Team to develop plans for future growth

- Should be able to advise latest technology, innovative ideas, new business ideas for maximizing the production and company growth.

- Should be willing to relocate to TVM (Trivandrum).

Language: Knowledge of local language Malayalam or Tamil will be an Added advantage, but not mandatory.
