Chief Executive Officer/Business Head - Coffee Business

- Our client is looking for a high impact Trading, Sales & Operation professional and leader to head their Coffee business and help them expand their business from the current 30-35 K tons, new business ventures with new variants or increase production facility.

- Profit Centre Head / Sales & Marketing / Strategy Implementation Showcased excellent aptitude in developing strategy, business plans & budgets for business development opportunities and diversification, with specialization across all phases of business.

- 20 + years of Coffee business experience in India / globally with a strong bias towards strategic execution.

- Grow and expand the coffee business exponentially, yet judiciously.

- Strong understanding of Coffee business and exports

- Strong and fair leader with excellent relationship management skills, ability to grow the business by adding new variants or increasing production.

- Strong process orientation bringing best in class P&L role.

- Connect with promoters vision and execute the same flawlessly

- Ability to manage complete P&L and multiple teams across multiple variants.

- Will be responsible for foreign sales and service outlets of the company. Manages the export process of the company, ensuring that the commodities meet the standards of the destination country. Also ensure that all legal requirements are looked into.

- Exceptional intellectual & interpersonal skills. But a down to earth Attitude, with impeccable integrity.

- Results Orientation as demonstrated by the ability to set new and challenging goals for self or team.

- Team Leadership evidenced by the ability to delegate responsibilities based on insight into an individuals competencies as well as experience, taking calculated risks where appropriate.
