Chief Executive Officer - BFSI Sector (15-20 yrs)
The following responsibilities included :
- Provide advice on market segments identified by consultants hired by the board.
- Prepare and publish external quarterly and annual reports on investment management activities
- Prepare and implement the strategic and annual plans.
- To achieve targeted profitability and fee income.
- To achieve periodic sales targets of assigned portfolios
- To undertake new client acquisition, retention and growth plan for larger customers and location base.
- To stay abreast of the client requirements and monitor close relationship.
- To ensure effective and proper client servicing, resolving queries and complaints.
- To ensure policy adherence and documentation.
- To be aware of all critical policies, procedures and ensure compliances.
- To formulate periodic MIS.
- Participate in industry related events or associations that will enhance the organization's reputation and potential for success
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the company
