Job Description The Role :
The current Incumbent is retiring and we have been retained to Search for a successor.
The Job - Take independent charge and lead the company over the next 5 + years on a growth path which will involve
1. Grow the current business - size & profitability
2. Identify and post approval implement areas of growth.
3. Ensuring robust corporate governance and financial health.
4. Plan & execute CONTROLLED change to become more dynamic & agile organization
The Candidate Details :
The person - mature competent Banking / Financial Services professional with
1. Strong B2B lending experience
2. From Mid size NBFC or a bank private or PSU.
3. No 2 / Division Head in a large entity or No 1 in a mid size company with assets over 3000 cr
4. 50-55 years of age
5. CA / MBA
Work Experience: 25-30 years
