Chief Executive Officer - Automobiles/Auto Components (14-25 yrs)

- Overseeing the execution and planning of driving revenue growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, determining the effectiveness of current sales initiatives against key metrics and implement change if necessary.

- Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programs

- Responsible for the Profit side by managing (or at minimum, influencing) all aspects that generate product's revenue - marketing, positioning, pricing, sales, distribution, even strategic partnerships, product features, content, etc

- Leading revenue forecasting by analysing business tactics, performance analysis, pricing and sales strategies, market research and competitor analysis.

- Working cross-functionally with other leadership and executive officer team members, like the product lead and the chief marketing officer, to foster collaboration, faster revenue growth and higher profitability.

- Driving customer acquisition strategy for your company by providing a positive and efficient purchasing experience for buyers from initial engagement through purchase completion

- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.

- Research and develop strategies and plan which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.

- Evaluate company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
