Chief Executive Officer - Auto

- The role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits. This position has direct responsibility to manage the business development of the organisation ensuring consistent and rapid growth across all channels.

- The opportunity is for a seasoned professional with experience in auto sector/e-commerce in a leadership role. He /She would be responsible for driving business strategy, review the business plan and create a high performing team along with managing the relationship with all key stakeholders.

Essential Functions

- Devise strategies for driving sales growth across the business and ensure target

achievement

- Analyse existing approaches to development of business and make changes as appropriate

- Set targets for new business development for the team and manage day-to-day performance of the team

- Work closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts and identifying sales opportunities as market changes

- Set up meetings with prospective customers and work with top management & other organization team members to sell company services

- Act as a key contact for large / critical key accounts and build a strategic network of opportunities to leverage existing relationships

- Monitor external and internal environment; perform market research and trend analysis and advice to ensure organization competitiveness in the industry

- Build appropriate marketing and sales material to ensure target achievement is supported

- Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery standards

Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree in business, marketing or related field

2. 8-10 years of management experience
