Chief Executive Officer - Asset Reconstruction Company

1. Responsible for day to day management. The responsibilities include development and implementation of the annual business plan, including the development and implementation of the long term growth plan of the company.

2. CEO will also be responsible for organizing and ensuring an appropriate management structure, including adequate risk and control systems and procedures, appropriate for the ARC and the portfolios under management.

3. The Chief Executive Officer shall maintain and develop an appropriate organization to support its asset acquisition / investment strategy including the development of an appropriate organization structure.

4. Shall create a workplace that respects its employees and partners, working with community stakeholders to ensure effective working relationships, and active engagement with equity and other capital providers.

5. Ensure that the leadership team in the has resources available to provide well-founded research and analysis relating to the proposals being presented to the Board for its advice.

6. Establish internal guidelines to support the integration of social, environmental and corporate governance issues into the investment management process.

7. Strengthen the institutional foundation by ensuring a process driven organization. Instill in the team's robust process orientation, such that all decisions are made based on structured processes.

8. Additionally, develop a research and analytics team that provides the management with well structure and analyzed data for informed decision making.

9. Promote the values associated with operational excellence, project development, workplace safety, environmental best practices, and exemplary business ethics, integrity & entrepreneurship.

10. Systematically plan for the development, retention, and continuity of team's that are capable of achieving long-term sustainable growth.
