a. Candidate should specifically be form the Coffee Industry / Business

b. Experience in managing large business in coffee plantations, supply, import, export & business development

c. Proven track record of success in a management role, leading teams and delivering commercial and operational excellence

d. Should have managed P & L account

e. Driving business strategies & new launches

f. Should have experience in Business Development in order to be able to strategize deals & partnerships

g. Individual will travel frequently to all international locations & plantation sites to take stock of the business

h. Individual should be well versed with trade laws & international laws

i. Sales/ Marketing Strategies for exhibitions & promotions

j. Drive volume & value to increase the market share

k. Strategies for new product launches
