Chief Executive Office/Chief Operating Officer - Auto

1. Budget creation, monitoring and achievement of target PBT and shareholder returns.

2. Recognise the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the business and develop plans that are flexible to the changing business environment.

3. Monitor external environment and market changes and developments to identify key strategic areas and business growth opportunities. 

4. Collaborate/ support corporate functions for developing systems/ policies.

5. Ensure implementation of corporate policies with no deviation.

6. Interact regularly and builds relationships with customers to ensure their expectations are being met and exceeded.

7. Monitor customer feedback, ratings and scores and ensure timely corrective action is taken to address any issues.

8. Actively identify and pursue opportunities to introduce new products, or undertake new projects with customers. Find ways to maintain or improve the share of business.

9. Ensure that the overall functioning of the SBU is in line with the relevant legal and government requirements and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory rules and regulations in conjunction with Corporate HR/ IR.
