Chief Excellence Officer - Leading Edtech Firm
A leading Edtech firm is looking for a Chief Excellence Officer who will be responsible for achieving student learning outcomes and teacher performance by leading a team of excellence managers.
The Excellence team:
1. Looks at student and teacher performance data,
2. Makes customized interventions,
3. Coaches teachers on how best to execute the learning plans,
4. Partners with school leaders to drive successful implementation
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the playbook - an execution framework that ensures target student, learning outcomes, teacher performance, and school owner delight at target cost of service
- Ensure all partner schools implement the systems with integrity
- Monitor timely execution of the playbook with quality at each school as per defined guidelines
- Collaborate strongly with Chief Commercial Officer and Key Account Management team to deliver school retention as per target
- Collaborate with Chief Marketing Officer to develop engagement & usage plans for students, teachers, parents, school leaders and school owners
- Collaborate with Chief Product Officer to disseminate curriculum and pedagogy philosophy and feedback implementation issues for a continuous improvement feedback loop.
- Generate regular customer insights to improve existing products & for new product development
- Define the strategy and implementation plan to improve customer NPS and drive delight
- Ensure customer query and complaint resolution as per defined TAT
- Build a strong and committed team that represents the student focused ethos of the organization
Qualifications :
- 15+ years of experience with some experience in a similar role / allied role in an edtech / Experience in founding / being a core team member of an edtech / Experience in academia / education sector / Open to people from hospitality sector with keen interest in edtech
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and mentor a large team
- Passionate about the edtech space
