Chief Education Officer/Academic Director - School Group (15-20 yrs)

Academic Head / Chief Education Officer for a School Group : The group is scaling-up in India, with a target to be a Rs.3000+cr. entity in next five years largely through JVs & Mergers and Acquisitions


Job Specific Key Skills :


1. Devise and implement strategies for the overall educational program


2. Responsible for keeping up to date with developments in education practice globally


3. Establish standards and guidelines for assessments and review both student and staff assessment tools on a regular basis


4. Design and disseminate a school improvement framework that guides all the schools capacity to use data to improve teaching and learning


5. Lead Schools in curriculum/program direction, development of goals, and objectives


6. Provide leadership to ensure schools maintain satisfactory academic progress in the areas


7. Work alongside with the HR, the Cluster leads and the CEO to identify and build a strong pipeline of quality school principals and education leaders.


Other Skills & competencies :


1. Must be a strategic thinker with experience in engaging with parents, students and staff community


2. Must have experience working with low cost schools and in building curriculum.d / Chief Education Officer for a School Group
