Position: Chief Digital Officer Location: Mumbai/ Hyderabad Reports to: CEO This position owns, leads and is accountable of the following : - Driving digital strategy, planning technology roadmap, digital services, operations and execution. - As Chief Digital Officer you will be managing organization wide digital transformation initiatives. - Driving evolving new digital business models out of conventional business, by creating digital values and assets. - Responsible for digital technology leadership, products, transformation and stakeholder management. - Manage end to end multi million dollars digital transformation deals from consulting to deployments. - Corporate digital (ie digitalizing internal processes), - Creating customer value propositions, sales engagement and execution of new digital led and digital only business deals. - Creating and executing mutually beneficial digitalization propositions of existing BPM engagements with existing clients - User Journey (Part of Digital Transformation) - Process Automation, client interaction. - User Experience including Implementation and expansion of Omani-Channel approach - Digital Customer behavior, preferences, choices, likes, dislikes. 360 view of customer - From Product centric to customer centric transformation - Conversation of products into digital format (Part of Digital Transformation) - IT infrastructure, Network, DC, DR, Data Center, and End points IT assets, BCP planning design and management. The candidate must have : - Must have at least 15-20 years lead experience of digital marketplace - Experience in RPA (Robotic process automation), SAAS (Software as a service) - Expertise with global service delivery, operations, customer management. Vendor management, RFP, CoE, R&D, PoC and product engineering. - Expertise with analytics, IoT, AI, ML, NLP, mobility, cloud, big data, social based solutions and digital marketing. - Expertise in leading digital transformation
