Job Description: 

- Reporting to the CEO, this is a digital technology leadership role to lead the technology team and the digital vision of the organization from the forefront. Looking fintech professionals with extensive experience in the digital and payments space

Our client is a leading NBFC, with a diversified portfolio of loan and mortgage products. They are a 100% subsidiary of a popular bank and recently received investment from a leading VC, to grow the company multi-fold into an industry leading position.

Description

- Strategize, develop and implement technology transformation roadmap for the organization

- Mentor, lead and grow highly skilled technology teams

- Integrate digital strategies and touchpoints into key result areas and business objectives

- Leverage the digital platform to provide innovative solutions to the customers

- Leverage big data and data analytics to gain competitive advantage

Profile : 

- B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- Hands-on experience in the digital and payments space in fintech organizations is a must

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience

- Good understanding of the business as well

- Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills

- Good communication skills
