Chief Digital Officer - IT

Purpose of the role: 

- To ensure the high quality & timely creation and effective business implementation of a new Global Business platform and delivery of real business value.

- The purpose of this role is to create, define, implement and refine the digital strategy for all internet and intranet matters to support all areas of the business in delivering their key strategic imperatives.

Profile Roles and Responsibilities: 

- Digital transformation strategies and roadmap creation.

- Conceptualize and implement the digital initiatives end to end .

- Understanding of new technologies like IOT,Cloud,Mobility,Analytics, Security etc.

- Improvement in TAT and NPS.

- Qualification & Experience- PG Diploma / MBA or any relevant degree in a related Field like Technology, Digital, Project Management or relevant degree from well-regarded Institutes

- BE / B Tech degree.15 years of experience within service industry with minimum 5 years in the digital space in product development.

- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.

- Experience of delivering with successful start-up would be big plus, specially within E-Commerce / Digital / Innovation Technology driven industries / organizations.
