Chief Digital Officer - Healthcare (8-14 yrs)
Role : Head Digital Initiative
Education : Must be BTech and MBA from a Reputed Institute .
Role Description : Build the Digital Platform for the incumbent Pharma Company - Mumbai
- Work with existing and emerging digital solutions and technology to tackle key organization problems related to business processes, service delivery, customer onboarding, and their integration.
- Leverage digital platforms to provide solutions for challenges faced by the organization / industry.
- Identify mobility/web solutions based on user needs & global trends
- Familiarity with Open Source/App Development Technology must
Requirements :
- Minimum of 7-12+ years of work experience in Software Engineering / Product management.
- Mobile Technology Space : Native & Hybrid languages and SDKs for iOS and Android apps and APIs, Agile methodology.
- Experience in managing conventional technologies include core LOS, LMS systems across product categories.
- Application integration and automation skills are mandatory.
- Should be acquainted with emerging technologies and key business use cases, especially those relevant to Healthcare/Pharma/Consumer/ CPG/ FMCG
- Digital Transformation experience for a HealthTech/Pharma/Retail/CPG/FMCG Concern is must.
