ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop & implement technology transformation roadmap for short & long term.
- Integrate Digital strategy, systems, and projects with business priorities.
- Identify, build & refine all the digital touch points across the branches and offices.
- Support implementation & integration of related core application systems.
- Lead the conceptualization and articulation of evolving digital initiatives for customer / employee / partner engagement.
- Leverage digital platforms to provide solutions for challenges faced by the organization / industry.
- Building and developing simple and powerful business focused solutions to improve employee productivity and enhance customer experience.
- Work with existing and emerging digital solutions and technology to tackle key organization problems related to business processes, service delivery, customer onboarding, and their integration.
