SUMMARY:

The Chief Digital Officer will be responsible to develop and administer the Digital projects portfolio by initiating, designing and actual deployment of innovative digital solutions, and business models.

JOB DESCRIPTION - 

- To promote and execute the digital transformation of the Companys core businesses, providing digital support to its key strategic priorities.

- Scan the digital landscape, understand emerging technologies and contextualize for business application.

- Understand key business drivers relevant to the business.

- Strategize digital initiatives with Functional Heads.

- To develop an innovative & comprehensive strategy to capture the benefits of technology & strategic data utilization.

- To develop a roadmap to establish & advance client relationships, advising them on digital solutions to improve the customer experience.

- To help drive the profitable growth of the business through commercialization of data, technology, and Business Intelligence platform.

- To lead and implement a successful digital transformation within the organization.

- Develop and deliver new business models based on market trends, technological development, and customer behavior.

- To champion the value of digital technology and drive the use of data as an asset, utilizing analysis & technology to disrupt an existing business.

- To embrace the challenge of operating in an environment of unprecedented, rapid change where innovation and quick responses yield success.

- Qualification: Graduation/Post graduation in management

- Experience: 18 to 25 Years experience
