Key Responsibilities:
- As a Chief Digital officer will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for the organisation.
- Organize, manage, lead and train Digital marketing the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) prepare marketing budget.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales team to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase market segment
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Analyze brand positioning, consumer insights and establish Brand Marketing Strategies maintain brand presence in the market.
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Overseeing the online brand marketing campaigns on digital channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, business websites, email and so forth.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Planning, implementing and executing Media Marketing and Digital PR strategies.
Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- 10+ Years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
